CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS (advance payment)
To confirm your reservation, an advance payment of at least 25% of the total cost of your stay or the cost of one night (the higher of the 2 amounts) is required.

The advance payment must be made within 1 day after the availability confirmation sent by the hotel.

The pre-booking might be cancelled after the expiry of this period.

ARRIVALS - DEPARTURES

Arrivals: from 14:30  to 21:00

In case of late check in, overnight accommodation cost is not affected.

If you are intending to arrive later than 21:00, please let us know in prior.

Departures: until 11:30 am

In case of interest in extending the departure time (late checkout) until 18:00 in the afternoon, please make a timely communication with the Hotel Reception staff.

The check out extension up to 18:00 costs as much, as 50% of the overnight stay.

CANCELLATION
If you cancel your reservation:

At least 21 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.

From 20 days and less, the advance payment is withheld for rescheduling in consultation with the hotel (within 12 months).

For cancellation from 4 days and less before arrival, the advance payment is  withheld by the hotel

CHANGE OF DATES
Changing booking dates is possible in consultation with the hotel. Advance payments that may have been paid by customers can be utilized (rescheduling) up to 12 months (see CANCELLATIONS above)

EARLIER DEPARTURE
A request to shorten the stay obliges the customer to pay 50% of the value of the remaining days of the initially agreed stay period.

NO SHOW CUSTOMER
In the case of a no-show, the customer must compensate by paying 50% of the total accommodation cost.

OTHER SERVICE CHARGES
Breakfast is included in the cost of accommodation & an open buffet is served in the Central Hall of the hotel.

Firewood for the fireplace is available as follows: the 1st basket is free, the following baskets cost 8 euros each.

COST OF ACCOMMODATION
The basic accommodation cost for each room type is based on the basic occupancy of 2 adults and is the minimum accommodation cost for the specific room type.
The desire to accommodate a larger number of adults or children (if the room type allows it), has an additional charge as follows: (15 euros for children, 25 euros for teenagers, 35 euros for adults).

PETS
Due to our love for pets, we provide a few rooms, especially for our pet-friendly customers. Pre-consultation with the hotel is essential to discuss whether pet-friendly rooms are available for the requested stay period.

TAX CHARGES
13.00 % VAT is included in the accommodation cost

0.50 % Municipal Tax is included in the accomodation cost

Climate Resilience Fee (CRI): per room, per night, in addition to the accommodation cost (3 euros from March to October. 1.5 euros from November to February).

OTHER SERVICES
Room Service is not included in the accommodation cost.

Baggage Transfer Service is not offered.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed. This applies to all areas of the hotel, either Common Areas or Guest Rooms.
